Strong knowledge of the brand and design industry
Performing data entry duties with client information
Ensure all client details are up to date on our CRM system
Support Account Manager with the success of client sale
Produce quotations when requested
Processing client sales, issuing Sales Orders, Payment Confirmation & following up on payments when required
Tracking orders and investigating shipping//production delays for clients waiting on products
Working closely with Account Manager with client follow up ensuring all order details are correct
Assisting Account Managers with informing clients of new products and information
Answer questions from prospective clients about online purchases
Working with clients on problems and guiding them through to a solution
Discussing complex orders and issues with the team to resolve quickly and efficiently
Ensure the sales team is on track to meet month-end goals and share innovative lead generating ideas
Make travel arrangements and ad hoc tasks for the Sales Team when needed
Requirements
Knowledge of CRM systems beneficial (Netsuite)
Skilled in data entry and updating client information
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Organisational skills for managing different client cases simultaneously
English speaking, other languages beneficial but not essential
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Patient and able to handle client rejection
